The Governor of Menoufia issued Decree No. 157 of 2021 stipulating that, starting from January 1, 2020, members of the Education Authority shall promote the positions of teachers and the corresponding positions of social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, press and media specialists, and librarians who have fulfilled the remaining requirements for promotion to the higher position. The Governor of Menoufia also issued Decree No. 156 of 2021 stipulating that, as of January 1, 2020, the occupants of the Specialized Specialized Group and the Technical Technical Group for Education jobs of different financial grades would be transferred from teachers in charge of teaching or guidance, social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, press and media specialists, librarians and whoever was running one of them. He was assigned to work in management positions in schools, departments and educational directorates affiliated with them .

For his part, the Governor of Menoufia indicated that the teacher is the backbone of the educational process, stressing his interest in faculty members and keenness to support teachers professionally and socially in implementation of the directives of the political leadership to improve the educational system and raise the efficiency of teachers .
