Governor Ibrahim Abu-Laimoon signed a cooperation protocol with Major General Mustafa Amin Ali, Director General of the National Service Projects Authority of the Ministry of Defense, regarding the management and operation of the commercial center "the Capital Mall", which is located on an area of 2598m2 in Shebin Al-Koum, after resolving the outstanding problems between the two parties, which lasted nearly four years. This comes within the framework of the state's plan to support and develop investment, economic and commercial projects to improve the services provided to citizens and implement Egypt's 2030 Vision. Mr. Abu-Laimoon stressed that the operation of the commercial center will work to provide all the necessary needs of food and durable goods needed by the citizens of Menoufia, in addition to providing entertainment and other services due to its importance and as an outlet for the people of the governorate, indicating that it will provide job opportunities for youth from the governorate. Mr. Abu-Laimoon added that the protocol aims to maximize the benefits from the technical expertise of the National Service Projects Authority, as it is a pioneering body in the implementation of investment and commercial projects presented to citizens of the province, stressing that the commercial center is one of the most important development and commercial projects on the land of Menoufia.
