Under the state's keenness on the establishment of
industrial zones in the various governorates to achieve regional
development and provide employment opportunities for the inhabitants of
these governorates instead of their emigration to other governorates as well
as providing the needs of the citizens of the governorate and other
neighboring governorates of goods and services, two big industrial zones
were established, the first in Mubarak Industrial zone and the other is in
Sadat City.

technological specializations. Normally, that ensures a wide horizon for the

Chamber Of Commerce in
Monofeya
The Chamber of Commerce was established in 1941, a public
institution with its own legal personality and competence represented in the
economic interests of trade, industry, and other services to the public
authorities. It is a person of public law and subject to the law No. 189 of
1951 as amended by Law No. 6 of 2002 and the the Chamber of Commerce of the
Al-Monofeya, many of the tasks necessary to serve the areas of investment
and development, including:
1.The collection of
information and statistics on commercial and economic activity in the
preservation and analysis and dissemination process and the preparation of
monthly economic reports on the state of the markets.
2. The issuance of the certificate of origin certificate and
engage in trade and trade leaving certificate and certificates required for
renewal of commercial register.

4. Caring ethics, traditions and the commitment to honor
charter and commercial awareness.
5. The follow-up and control of commercial activities and
monitor various obstacles and work to solve them in coordination with the
concerned bodies.
